The occasion was dedicated to the presentation of the Letters of Credence of the country&#8217;s new Ambassador, Dr. Osama Ibrahim Ayad Sawan, to the federal government. During the celebration, the Federation of Muslim Associations in Brazil (FAMBRAS) presented a tribute plaque.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Osama Ibrahim Ayad Sawan presented the document to the guests, formalizing his role as the representative of the Libyan people in Brazilian lands. The Ambassador holds a Ph.D. in International Law and has extensive experience in politics, particularly in areas related to youth.
