The Federation of Muslim Associations of Brazil (FAMBRAS) participated in the Global Members Meeting (GMM) of Dubai Humanitarian, an annual gathering that brings together its international network of partners and organizations. The Federation was represented by its Director of International Programs and Strategic Relations, Ahmed Khalaf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dubai Humanitarian holds the Global Members Meeting annually, bringing together more than 80 participants, including members of the organization, representatives of government entities, the private sector, and international organizations. The meeting aims to reflect on achievements over the previous year, discuss evolving humanitarian challenges, and establish strategic priorities for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the GMM, a comprehensive annual review was presented, highlighting the organization\u2019s ongoing efforts to strengthen the resilience of humanitarian supply chains and improve global response capabilities. This was followed by a high-level panel entitled \u201cDubai Humanitarian: Between Today and Tomorrow,\u201d which addressed topics such as operational resilience, lessons learned, and the organization\u2019s upcoming milestones. Participants also discussed the importance of cross-sector collaboration in addressing complex global crises and the need to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of humanitarian assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The highlight of the event was the Dubai Humanitarian Awards Ceremony, which recognized outstanding projects in the categories of \u201cHighest-Impact Partnership,\u201d \u201cBest SDG-Focused Project,\u201d \u201cBest Innovation,\u201d and \u201cMost Engaging Campaign.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Federation was given a dedicated section in the Dubai Humanitarian Annual Report featuring the Together for All<\/em> project, an initiative that provides medical and dental assistance while also promoting cultural, well-being, and social inclusion activities. The project is a Dubai Humanitarian initiative implemented by FAMBRAS in the city of S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FAMBRAS\u2019s participation in the GMM reinforces its commitment to international cooperation and the development of humanitarian initiatives with social impact. The inclusion of the Together for All<\/em> project in the Dubai Humanitarian Annual Report highlights the relevance of the Federation\u2019s initiatives and strengthens its engagement with major global humanitarian organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
