President of Grupo FAMBRAS Signs Qatar’s Book of Condolences in Honor of Former Emir

The President of Grupo FAMBRAS, Dr. Mohamed Hussein El Zoghbi, visited the Consulate General of the State of Qatar in São Paulo to sign the Book of Condolences in honor of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, former Emir of the State of Qatar.

Received by Third Secretary Jaber Al-Ali, Dr. Mohamed Zoghbi expressed, on behalf of the institution, his condolences and solidarity with the Emir, the government, and the people of Qatar during this time of mourning.

The tribute reaffirms the bonds of friendship, respect, and cooperation between FAMBRAS and the State of Qatar, while also recognizing the legacy of Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, whose leadership made a significant contribution to Qatar’s development and international standing.
